Healthy Economy is not just about allocating and maintaining capital but also managing the health and wellbeing of its people. It is important for big and small businesses to prioritize encouraging and creating healthier lifestyles for its employees. There is growing evidence that company’s bottom line and the health of its employees are very much aligned.
As an insider and part of the intense corporate world for 14+ years, I have a strong understanding of its stress-induced life, and always living on the go. In that life, I became more aware of the need and importance creating a well-balanced lifestyle for health and happiness within the corporate environment.
The creation of this balance is a constant act - I share knowledge and create opportunities, classes and workshops to encourage everyone to find their own.

Received my UK based RYT 200 teacher training with world acclaimed teacher Katy Appleton as a Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga teacher. Continuing my trainings with International Vinyasa Flow Pioneer, Shiva Rea. Trained with Chris Tompkins on meditation and mindfulness. Trained as a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with Balanced Body University, Baps. My love of studying the mind, body, spirit started during University years, taking courses on kinesiology, Alexander Technique alignment, and training as an aerobic instructor. I also took trainings on “Art of Happiness” at Kripalu, and UCLA Extention program. I continue to deepen my studies with countless workshops and retreats on Yoga, Pilates, Anatomy, Nutrition, wellness with many other worldwide yoga masters, spiritual leaders and scholars in psychology.
As a wellness Advocate, I am also training as a health and Wellness coach, write for UK-based ‘The Health Bloggers’ community. Currently teaching yoga foundations at Soho House Istanbul, Cihangir yoga and YogaUni.
